Fish Grits Bait Recipe
1lb Bag of Dry Grits

Blood Bait Recipe
1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 pint of chicken blood (ask your local butcher)
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 box strawberry Jell-O
Cheese cloth
Combine the flour, corn meal, garlic powder and vanilla. Add the blood slowly until the bait becomes thick and can form into balls. Place the dough in cheesecloth and lower into boiling water for 10-15 minutes. cool.
The dough will harden. Cut into pieces.
In a large bowl combine the pieces and the Jell-O until it forms a ball. You may need to add more blood to make it soft enough to work with). Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to go fishing...Mark package well to save your wife from smelling inside the bowl to see what it is.

Carp and Catfish STINK Bait Recipe
35 putrefied night crawlers

1 pint sour cream
3 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 package of frozen bread dough (thawed)
2 lbsp. Flour
Large Ziploc Bags
Combine the night crawlers, beef liver, sour cream, garlic powder and bread dough. Kneed the dough as you would if you were making the most disgusting loaf of bread ever! Use the extra flour if the dough is too sticky to work with.
Place your stinky dough into a zip lock baggie, make sure that you squeeze all the air out, write on the bag do not open unless you want to PUKE and let ferment for 2 days. Unzip the baggie after the second day to let some of the fermented air out. When you are ready to go fishing...just stick a chunk of the dough onto the hook and reel in the fish!
