Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD is a condition marked by frequent forgetfulness and

According to researches, ADHD is caused by failure of coordination in the reticular activating system of the brain which is the same area responsible for the responses of the external stimulus.

German Chamomile is a good alternative medicine to treat the disorder as well. It promotes relaxation and provides the mind with overall calmness.

Recently, the Gotu Kola has been added to the list of effective alternative medicines
