Organic Peach Jam Recipe
1 cup organic sugar (I like Florida Crystals Demerara Cane Sugar)
1 Tbsp organic fruit pectin
2 cups fresh organic peaches, sliced
2 tsp. organic fresh lemon juice
We have a sunbeam breadmaker that makes bread, cake and jam. It's a wonderful kitchen tool. If using a machine like ours you put in the organic sugar, organic fruit pectin, organic sliced peaches and fresh organic lemon juice. Then follow the manuf. instructions. It takes about 11/2 hours to make then you store in a glass jar for up to 2 weeks. |
